Produced virtual workshop series exploring transdisciplinary approaches to cancer health equity. Coordinated 280+ participants from universities to advocacy groups as well as NCI directors.
ESIIL Innovation Summit
Co-produced environmental data science summit defining decadal research agenda. Managed hybrid event infrastructure for 244 participants from 71 universities including Princeton, Harvard, Stanford, plus NASA, NOAA, and tribal institutions.
NSF CASA-Bio Bioeconomy Workshop Series
Served as Project Manager and Senior Producer for four NSF workshops on bioeconomy challenges. Managed 50-120 participants per event from academic, government, and industry sectors.
NASA Biosignatures Ideas Lab
Produced multi-phase hybrid workshop developing breakthrough astrobiology research proposals. Coordinated 30 participants from 16 universities including Johns Hopkins, Caltech, MIT, and JPL.
KI Academy
Knowinnovation needed a complete visual identity for KI Academy—an 11-week Creative Problem Solving course for federal researchers from NSF, NASA, NIH, and NCI. The brand had to work across 140+ print and digital materials while feeling professional enough for scientific audiences and approachable enough for creative learning.
